Thank you to everyone that came to the Young Carers Action Day party hosted by our Young Carers Team!

The Bromley Well Young Carers team hosted a party for young carers with a range of activities including: 

• Lots of dancing and music! 
• Photo booth with lots of fun props! 
• Games with prizes for the winners!
• Ice Cream van!!!
