Housing Caseworker

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week). Applications for flexible and/or reduced working hours can be considered.

Salary: £35,190 per annum

Location: Based at Citizens Advice Bromley, Community House, South Street, Bromley BR1 1RH

This exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Housing Caseworker.  Based at Bromley Well partner charity, Citizens Advice Bromley (CAB), you will be working with network partners to assist in delivering crisis prevention support across the South East Region. 

You will have:-
• A minimum of 2 year’ experience of housing advice casework through paid or voluntary experience
• Experience of completing detailed forms
• Ability to manage a caseload and assess the merits in clients' cases as well as identifying and pursuing solutions.
