Self Care Week

Hayes Wick Primary Care Network will be running their Connected Living Cafe on Tuesday 17th November from 11am-1pm at the Medhurst Hall, Sussex Road, West Wickham, BR4 0JX

The cafe is designed for the over 60's registered with a GP in the Hayes and West Wickham area.

They offer a place for local patients to meet for a cuppa and friendly chat as well as engaging with the programme of activities and speakers they put on.

For Tuesday 17th November the speaker will be Unity Slade Howard from the Memory Box Dementia Cafe - which runs in West Wickham on 1st and 3rd Friday of every Month from 2-3.30pm for people (and their families) living with dementia/memory loss.
