The 8 week health & wellbeing programme explores what good health means to you.
🔹 Weekly interactive sessions tailored to managing physical and emotional wellbeing.
🔹 Practical strategies for reducing stress, anxiety, and low mood.
🔹 Guidance on navigating healthcare and advocating for your needs.
🔹 Techniques to improve energy, sleep, and daily coping skills.
🔹 A safe space to share experiences and build a supportive community.

✔️ Anyone living with a long-term health condition (e.g., diabetes, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, MS)
✔️ Those seeking practical lifestyle support & improving emotional wellbeing.
✔️ People feeling isolated, frustrated, or overwhelmed by their condition.
✔️ Family members or caregivers looking for insights.
Do I need to attend all 8 weeks?
It is recommended to attend the full 8-week course, if possible, as each week leads into the next covering different health-related aspects. However, please feel free to come to whichever topics are relevant to you.
