Bromley Well Adult Carers Service invites you to attend our quarterly Carers Forum.
In Room G8, Community House, South Street, Bromley BR1 1RH.

The Carers Forum will give you the opportunity to find out more about relevant services, meet other Carers and professionals and voice your views and ideas about what you would like to see from the Adult Carers Service.

At the forum, you'll have the opportunity to find out more about the Bromley Well Adult Carers Support Services.   

The topics of the day will focus around:

1.       How do you define a Carer?
2.       What are my rights as a Carer?
3.       Transition: Life after Caring
4.       What we do for Carers in the Borough of Bromley
5.       What would Carers like to see from us in the future?

We'll also be looking at the Carers Action Plan 2018-2020, the Fairer for Carers campaign and the State of Caring 2018 survey results produced by Carers UK. There will be a mixture of open discussion and group work and we would like as many viewpoints as possible.
