September 7th-11th 2026 is Know your Numbers! week, led by the charity Blood Pressure UK.

Know Your Numbers! raises awareness of high blood pressure, encouraging all UK adults to get a blood pressure check.

During the week Bromley Public Health with support from Bromley Well and Mytime Active will be offering free blood pressure and pulse checks at 3 locations across the borough.

Bromley Well team will be be at the Mottingham event on Monday 7th Sept - hope to see you there! 

FREE and open to all - just drop by

Monday 7 September (10am-2pm): Cranley Parade, Beaconsfield Road, Mottingham, SE9 4DZ. 

Thursday 10 September (10am-2pm): Bromley Football Club, The Copperjax Community Stadium, Hayes Lane, Bromley, BR2 9EF.

Friday 11 September (9am-3pm): Empire Square, Penge High Street, Penge, SE20 7EX.
