Bromley Well can help you fill in forms for a range of different benefits and services, including Attendance Allowance. 

What is Attendance Allowance?

Attendance Allowance is a non means tested benefit for anyone who is state pensionable age. 

It is for people who are struggling with their personal care because of a physical or mental illness or disability. The benefit is worth £59.70 or £89.15 per week depending on the level of need.

Eligibility criteria covers things like needing help with:-

  • Washing and dressing
  • Using the toilet
  • Mealtimes
  • Medication
  • Communicating with others
  • Supervision
  • Getting around safely
