cyclists in a park about to set offPeople registered with Bromley Well's Long Term Health Conditions Service and Adult Carers Service came for an afternoon in Norman Park, Bromley, to socialise, cycle or stroll and to enjoy some FREE refreshments at the Trackside café.

A great afternoon was had, with lots of positive feedback from participants.

Many commented on how much they'd enjoyed the day and the chance to ride a bike again. More than one person commented that they had not ridden a bike in years!

small group of people standing with bikes outside a building in a parkAll the bikes were provided by Bromley Mencap, who operate a free hire service from the Lodge in Norman Park.  They have lots of bikes for all ages, including full-size tricycles, a tandem, and adapted cycles for people with physical difficulties.
