Self Care Week

Penge Primary Care Network run this fortnightly Wellbeing Hub at Anerley Town Hall. A space for local GP practices' patients to meet for a range of health and wellbeing events, plus socialising and fun.

This week the focus is on balance, mobility and confidence as the weather gets slippery outside. Get some advice and tips for moving safely in that pesky Winter weather!
