Self Care Week

Join this FREE 2 hour session for relaxing Yoga and socialising  at Bevington Hall, Beckenham Methodist Church BR3 5JE every Friday 1pm-3pm.

Following the yoga session there is tea, coffee and biscuits if you'd like to stay behind for a chat.
