Self Care Week

Join staff from local GP practices (Mottingham, Downham, Chislehurst Primry care Network) every second Friday, 10:30 am to 12:30 pm for a friendly chat, speakers, games, light exercise and refreshments.

The cafe is primarly for patients aged 65 and over, but anyone registered at The Chislehurst Partnership and with the Links Medical practice is very welcome! Carers are also very welcome.

A chance to meet NHS staff

Meet Social Prescribers from the practices who are there to support you, listen and help with any queries you have.

Also present is a Care Co-ordinator – who can help with your health and wellbeing questions and to naviagte local services.
