Find out how healthy you are with a Vital 5 check with the Mytime Active Team.

This free, easy to access check, will measure your blood pressure, weight and mental health. It will also tell you if you are drinking at safe levels and can give advice on how to quit smoking.

Head to the Pavilion Leisure Centre,  Kentish Way, Bromley BR1 3EF.

Vital 5 Health Check appointments are free and last up to 30 minutes. You can either walk in and if they are available, you can be seen straight away, or you can book an appointment time in advance. If you would like to do that, please email:- bromleywellbeing@mytimeactive.co.uk
