SELF CARE WEEK

It's Self Care Week! 

Parkinson's UK Bromley & District are a friendly and very active group with loads going on for members and their friends/relatives!

Walking tennis is a very enjoyable low-impact version of the game, with adapted rules and equipment to make the activity accessible for everyone - no previous experience required.

Led by an experienced coach, sessions focus on improving coordination skills which can help to boost fitness and wellbeing. Equipment is provided, if needed.

• £5 on a pay-as-you-go basis.
• There is ample on-site parking and access to public transport.
