It's Self Care Week! 

Parkinson's UK Bromley & District are a friendly and very active group with loads going on for members and their friends/relatives!

Bromley FC Community Trust and Parkinson's UK Bromley and District Branch have teamed up to offer a Walking Football programme for people living with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions.

Join them on Thursdays, 11-12 noon for a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for participants to stay active, improve mobility, and connect socially.

Sessions are held by experienced coaches and held on our high-quality 3G community pitch, with activities adapted to suit individual needs.

Whether you’re looking to try something new, stay active in a supportive setting, or meet others with shared experiences, get in touch! No experience necessary to join and the sessions are FREE
