It's Self Care Week!
Parkinson's UK Bromley & District are a friendly and very active group with loads going on for members and their friends/relatives!
Join them for a popular low impact seated class.
All are welcome, including carers, if required. You are invited to refreshments and the opportunity for a friendly chat after each class.
- Each session costs £7 on a pay-as-you-go basis.
- Please contact the branch if you would like to attend.
- The venue is well served by public transport and nearby car parks.
