Young carers aged 11+ are invited to join us for a fun and interactive workshop for food, skills and wellbeing.

• Hands on cooking - perpare and share a meal together
• Connect with your senses 
• Simple, nourishing recipes
• Food hygiene & safety — learn tips for safe food preparation, storage and handling.
