Mental Health Act Workshop. We will be joined by Senior Mental Health Law Officer from Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, who will lead the session and provide information on the following topics:
- The current situation with the Nearest Relative
- What the future may look like when the new Mental Health Act is introduced
- Basic information about Section 2 and Section 3
- Nearest Relative discharge
The group is a non-judgemental environment designed to encourage open discussion, shared experiences, and mutual support.
