Talking about future wishes doesn’t have to be difficult. This informal session with a representative from St Christopher’s Hospice will explore planning ahead, including care options, Power of Attorney, wills, funerals and bereavement support.

The session will help you understand what support is available and feel more confident having important conversations about the future.
