Park It! (Long Term Health Conditions Service)

Come and ‘Park it’ with us for a cycle, stroll, or sit
down!

The Long Term Health Conditions Team have
arranged a group cycle hire from the Mencap
Workshop at the Lodge in Norman Park, which has
bikes, tricycles and an adapted tricyle, all free to
use. There are cycle helmets available to borrow
too!

You can have a go on the bikes, have a gentle
stroll around the park, or relax and socialise at the
Trackside Café with free refreshments.
