CareDogs Walk with the Long Term Health Conditions team and Adult Carers team (January)
We are excited to announce CareDogs are collaborating with the Long Term Health Conditions team and the Adult Carers team for another walk!
CareDogs are a befriending service made up of volunteers and their dogs, offering one-to-one and group walks in local green spaces for people over the age of 55.
CareDogs are kindly collaborating with our teams at Bromley Well again this January to host a group walk for our clients. There is no age limit to join this walk, and we encourage people of all mobility levels to join us and approach the walk at your own pace.
During the walk we will be stopping for a refreshment (paid for by us) and encourage everyone to take as many breaks as needed.
