This session is a chance to relax, unwind and enjoy some quiet time in a supportive environment in celebration of Learning Disability Week 2026. Please note; If you have epilepsy or a pacemaker, please speak to your GP or consultant before booking. Written medical consent will be required.

Getting there

Ripley Arts Centre is near the corner of Sundridge Avenue and Orchard Road.

A useful landmark is Breaside Preparatory School, which is very close by.
Ripley is on the opposite side of the road from the school, two buildings along.

• By car: Free parking on Sundridge Avenue
• By bus: 314 stops very close. 162, 269 and 429 stop nearby (5-minute walk)
• By train: Sundridge Park and Elmstead Woods stations are within walking distance
