Perfect for Self Care Week! Join the Bromley Well Long Term Health Conditions Peer Support Group for a chance to meet and chat with others living with health conditions.
Our group provides a safe space where you can talk about things important to you, learn about tips for managing your conditions, and engage in some creative activities.
