Self Care Week
Madlani Cancer Support have a drop in open to all at Orpington Village Hall every Thursday between 10.00am - 4pm (and also Monday to Friday via the telephone or website)
Thursday 20th November
Along with the usual drop in they also have Mindfulness with Robert Mitchell 11.00am - 12.30pm.
Thursday 27th November
Along with the drop in they have their Christmas coffee morning 10.30am - 12.30pm and a creative writing session with Mohini Singh, who is an award winning author, 1.00pm - 2.30pm.
These sessions started to help people writing wellbeing journals and other self expressive writing.
