Self Care Week

Age UK London, working in partnership with NHS London, are delighted to bring you an ONLINE information session discussing all aspects of staying healthy over winter.

Taking place on Thursday 20th November from 11am to 1pm they will be discussing exercise, diet, staying hydrated as well as eligibility for vaccines including flu, covid, RSV, shingles and pneumonia.

Guest speaker will be a practicising GP in London.

You will get a chance for your questions to be answered and can submit questions to the Doctor either before the event or ask directly on the day.
