Coping with Caring is a free six week course for anyone who supports someone who struggles with their mental health.

You’ll meet new people with similar experiences relating to being a mental health carer and learn different ways to cope with the challenges this can bring. It’s interactive and is about you, as a carer.

When: 6 Week course starting Monday 3rd November 10:30am-12:30pm
