Join ParkBathe for a short mindful stroll at MHA The Wilderness Suitable for older people, dementia-friendly.
Learn the art of "forest bathing" which is simply walking slowly in nature while using your senses to relax and reduce anxiety.
Family and carers welcome.

MEETING PLACE: MHA The Wilderness, 17 Shirley Church Rd, Croydon, CR9 5AL. Meet at the Information Centre inside the garden which is located to the right of the car park through the gate.
BOOKING: Places limited so please book. Free for all but donations much appreciated.

These walks run year-round in different parks and are open to anyone, they are particularly good for low mobility, older people, neurodivergent communities and anyone on a recovery or grief journey. We have sessions that are women-only and some that are dog-friendly too.
Forest bathing is a Japanese health prescription clinically shown to lower anxiety and boost immune health. No water is involved! Join over 1,600 people who have benefited from this peer-led very popular community project.
