Suitable for patients aged 65+ and registered with one of Five Elms Primary Care Network GP practices (Summercroft Surgery, Bromley Common Practice, Southborough Lane Surgery, Stock Hill Medical Centre, Norheads Lane Surgery)

Time: 10am-12pm (once a month, on the second Friday of the month)

Come along to the Wellbeing Cafe for a health and wellbeing session and other activities.

Meet and chat over coffee and find out how you can get the most from your local NHS and other services. 

Organised by Five Elms NHS Primary Care Network.  At their cafes they provide a place for people to come and socialise and get out into the community. They have Bingo games, love to move and an arts and crafts session... and lots more.
