Self Care Week

Connections Cafe is inclusive, dementia and autistic-friendly.  It takes place once a month on a Tuesday.

A mix of creative arts and engaging themes, like making art, learning about cultural festivals, or listening to interesting talks, all accompanied by free tea, coffee, and cake. Please come along and be part of something unique.  

Local Artist Bev Wilson who works with her Mum who has dementia, is coming in for this cafe during Self Care Week.  You can check out Bev's work on her Instagram 

As always the café is FREE, but Quest Soult Theatre ask for a small donation towards Quest’s Community projects.
