This is an informal fun get together from 11am-1pm.

Primarily aimed at the over-80s but retired people of a younger age are also very welcome. There are activities along with a free cup of tea/coffee and cake.

Clinicians and/or representatives from local services come and give talks eg from a local pharmacist on how to use the pharmacy service better. There are also bingo and activity classes.

A chance to meet new friends over coffee and cake.

Time: fortnightly drop-in café from 11am-1pm every other Thursday

Venue: Methodist Church in Sevenoaks Road just off the end of Orpington High Street.

How to attend: Just turn up on the day. No appointment is necessary.
