Cost of Living Correspondence Drop-In for People with Disabilities

Do you need help managing money related correspondence, such as utility bills, benefit letters, and grant applications?

We have teamed up with Bromley Mencap's Cost of Living Service to offer a wide range of information and support.

If you’re struggling with bills, benefits, or managing official paperwork, we’re here to help.

Come along for friendly, face-to-face support from:

  • A Cost of Living Coordinator – help with utility bills, benefit letters, and grant applications.

  • Digital Champions – support using smartphones, email, online forms, and more.

  • Bromley Well teams on hand – advice on Blue Badge and Freedom Pass applications, Universal Credit migration, and Council Tax queries.

No need to book, just turn up from 10am to 4pm on Fridays.

Where?

Ground floor at Bromley Mencap's Office, Rutland House, 44 Masons Hill, Bromley, BR2 9JG.

 

Who is this drop-in for?

The drop-in is open for anyone with:

  • physical disabilities
  • learning difficulties
  • dyslexia
  • or anyone with any difficulties with literacy, including for example, people with ADHD and Dyscalculia.  

No diagnosis is necessary.
