Come along to the Wellbeing Care for a health and wellbeing session and other activities.

Meet and chat over coffee and find out how you can get the most from your local NHS and other services.  This week sees teams from across the One Bromley health partnership on hand to chat and answer your questions.

Lots of extra goodies for Self Care Week!

This is part of a regular, bi-weekly event organised by Five Elms NHS Primary Care Network.  At their cafes they provide a place for people to come and socialise and get out into the community. They have Bingo games, love to move and an arts and crafts session... and lots more.
