For ‘Know Your Numbers! Week 2024 we're working with partners in One Bromley to offer free blood pressure and pulse checks at ‘pressure stations’ located around Bromley borough.

This week we'll be in Bromley Children and Family Centres across the borough. Check times and locations below.

No booking required!

Just drop in.   Blood pressure and pulse checks only take a few minutes, and you can leave with peace of mind or identify if you need to take steps and find support to get your blood pressure or pulse back to a healthy level.

High blood pressure can cause serious complications like heart attacks or strokes if left untreated, and an irregular heartbeat could be a sign of a heart condition or an increased risk of having a stroke.
