Combines elements of various martial arts and street-proven techniques to help individuals defend themselves in any situation. The class is designed to give people the skills and confidence needed to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Registered Bromley Well Young Carers aged 10+ are invited to come and join us at Crofton Halls on Thursday 15th August at 2:30pm-5pm.
