As part of Carers Week, the team at Amrita Hall wish to show their appreciation by offering FREE short sessions of massage, healing, tarot and more for unpaid Carers in Bromley Borough.

If you are looking after friends, family or loved ones, you can book a free 20-30 minute treatment session from a trained therapist. 

REGISTRATION TICKET REQUIRED FOR ENTRY

• General registration opens at 09.30
• Enjoy a relaxing meditation and stretch session at 10.00, then book your favourite treatment sessions
• Enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks 
• Weather permitting, sit outside in Amrita Hall's grounds
• Come and meet GreenFriends, talk to experts on gardening, nature and the environment
• Browse Amrita Organics range of natural beauty products to purchase and pamper yourself at home

End the day at with a easy chair yoga at 16.00 to refresh you for your journey home.

Only available to unpaid Carers who provide support for family members, friends and loved ones. 

If you are not a Carer you may still be able to receive a session for a small price, discretion of the therapist.

Ticket registration required and come early to book in your sessions at Amrita Hall on the day.

Recommended parking along Letchworth Drive, Bromley, BR2 9BE and surrounding roads. Entrance via 40a Letchworth Drive, next to PTA garage. Please do not park in the small car park by the shops as this is private land.
