Join us for a free drama session for unpaid adult carers

We're delighted to welcome back Mercedes from Quest Soul Theatre.  Mercedes will be providing us with a session focussing on how drama can be great for our wellbeing.

Come along for a couple of hours of (gentle!) dramatic fun, connection and have a chat over a cuppa.

Our usual Carers Peer Support Group will be held during the first half hour with Mercedes joining us after that.
