It can be difficult to know the right thing to say when someone you love is struggling. You’re invited to join us for this workshop, which will focus on opening gentle conversations about mental health.

Together we will explore using active and reflective listening skills to support someone in times of distress.

Please note there is no parking on-site, however there is parking available nearby in Orpington town centre or for 3 hours for free in the Tesco's opposite. Orpington Station is a 10-minute walk from the premise.
