Fortnightly group for unpaid carers to support each other and discuss their caring roles and anything else of interest to the group.

This week is Self Care Week and we're delighted to have Mercedes from Quest Soul Theatre with us. Mercedes will be providing us with a taster session focussing on how drama can be great for our wellbeing.

Come along for a couple of hours of (gentle!) dramatic fun, connection and have a chat over a cuppa.
