Do you care for someone who struggles with their mental health? Join the mental health carers team for an afternoon to chat and connect to other carers and practice a little self care together. 

When: 11th October 2pm onwards
Where: 20b Hayne Road, Beckenham (Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind centre) 

Parking: Limited free parking available on site, otherwise nearby roads such as Hayne Road have parking available and Beckenham Junction and Clockhouse Stations are within close walking distance.
