Fibromyalgia support group - Online (Teams) alternate Fridays 

• Participants can exchange information about their coping strategies.
• Participants have a chance to reflect with others facing new symptoms, therefore sharing how to manage their daily lives.
• There are often tears, then upliftment by the close of each session.
