You're invited to join us for an afternoon of Self Care!

Chat with fellow carers and we'll practice some self care together, including mindfulness exercises and creating a self care box.

When: 27th February 1:30pm - 3:30pm 
Where: Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich Mind Centre, 20b Hayne Road, Beckenham

Parking: Limited free parking available on site, otherwise nearby roads such as Hayne Road have parking available.
