All unpaid carers in Bromley borough are invited to a morning of FREE self care activities

This Self Care Week join Aimée and Lucy for a free morning of self-care activities, where we’ll practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques together and meet other carers for chat, coffee and cake!

When: Wednesday 16^th November

Where: Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich Mind, 20b Hayne Road, Beckenham.

Time: 10am – 12:30pm

This event is run by the Bromley Well Mental Health Carers Team but is open to all carers.
