For Self Care Week, pop to Memory Box Café for a chat and a cuppa!

Memory Box Café are part of the Dementia cafe network in Bromley borough.

Dementia cafes are for people living with dementia and their carers. The cafes often run dementia-friendly activities or have entertainment, and provide tea/coffee and cake for free or for a small fee/donation.
