Are you caring for someone with a mental health problem? (Beckenham Drop-In)

Tuesday 13 September 2022
09:30 to 11:30

We understand that being a carer for an adult with a mental health problem can at times be difficult. We appreciate it can raise questions, and at times that carers may need more support for themselves to continue thriving in their caring roles.

Our new weekly drop-in is an opportunity for mental health carers (unpaid carers) to receive individual and confidential support from an independent wellbeing service. We can help you to discuss challenges and can provide information, advice and guidance to assist you in your caring role.

Who are the sessions for?

These sessions are for unpaid carers living in Bromley borough who are caring for people with a mental health problem. You need to register with Bromley Well first. This is free and quick to do - just get in touch using the contact details below.
