A good opportunity to meet new people and develop skills to improve your wellbeing in the process.

This is week 1 of a 3 week introductory course. You don't have to register for all 3 sessions. You're welcome to pick which session(s) you're interested in. All FREE.

Tuesday 23rd March from 1:00pm-3:00pm: Week 2 – Stress & Poor Sleep

Tuesday 30th March from 1:00pm-3:00pm: Week 3 – Worry, Anxiety & Panic

Due to COVID-19 we will continue to provide this session remotely using an online platform called Zoom, this is free to access and information on how to join in will be sent following registration (details below).

Register by emailing or text “CWL21” to 07718 403 574.

Do I need to register to attend every session?

Not at all, each session stands alone and is there to provide you with key information to help you address common mental health problems. When you register you will be sent the details for all three sessions, and you can then choose if you would like to attend just one, two, or all three.

Can I attend and just observe?

We encourage everyone who joins in with our programme to participate as much as they feel comfortable to, but be reassured our team will support you throughout to help you access the session in the best way for you.

Do I need to bring anything?

A pen and paper can be helpful, but don’t worry, we will remind you of this before we get started!

This workshop is delivered in partnership with the Bromley Recovery College.
