FAQs

Do I need to register to attend every session? Not at all, each session stands alone and is there to provide you with key information to help you address common mental health problems. When you register you will be sent the details for all three sessions, and you can then choose if you would like to attend just one, two, or all three.

Can I attend and just observe? We encourage everyone who joins in with our programme to participate as much as they feel comfortable to, but be reassured our team will support you throughout to help you access the session in the best way for you.

Do I need to bring anything? A pen and paper can be helpful, but don’t worry, we will remind you of this before we get started!

This workshop is delivered in partnership with the Bromley Recovery College. The Recovery College offers free workshops and courses which combine enjoyment and knowledge to equip students to achieve greater insight into their own mental health and lifestyle.
