Who is delivering the workshop?

Robert Mitchell, Bromley Mindfulness.

What is the workshop about?

This is a series of four workshops, which will introduce and teach you techniques to manage stress, anxiety, depression, improve your focus and calm your mind. You will learn skills to increase your resilience and improve your wellbeing.

Workshops are held on Tuesdays from either 14:30 - 15:30 or 16:00 - 17:00.

These will be held: 8th December, 15th December & 22nd December 2020.

Please Note! There is a limit of 10 attendees per session so that social distancing can be maintained.

Who is the workshop for?

Unpaid carers over the age of 19 who either live or care for someone in the London Borough of Bromley. You must be registered with Bromley Well to attend this workshop and you must book your place.

Is there parking?

There is a pay and display car park on South Street and a limited number of pay and display street parking spaces. Please note there is no free parking on Community House grounds.
