Be Prepared 

Looking at the wider angle of being prepared in your daily life, not just in your worklife. 

These workshops are open to people with a long term health condition, physical disability or learning difficulty who live in the borough of Bromley. Each session will run 4 times during the week, you only need to attend once each week.

You must have access to Zoom to join these workshops, if you have online access then we can help you to set this up before the session.
