Prioritising

Prioritising affects everything we do, from work to leisure time activities.  This workshop is to help you think about how you are using your time and how it could be structured more constructively.

These workshops are open to people with a long term health condition, physical disability or learning difficulty who live in the borough of Bromley. Each session will run 4 times during the week, you only need to attend once each week.

You must have access to Zoom to join these workshops, if you have online access then we can help you to set this up before the session.
