Living with a long term health condition can be challenging and stressful at times. Today’s workshop will be looking at how we can use cognitive behavioural strategies and techniques (CBT) to support our wellbeing. We will be at Penge Library on Tuesday 18th February.
There will also be opportunity to find out more about where to go for further help and support, and a chance to have a chat with others over a cup of tea or coffee. This session is part of a series of workshops for anyone with a health condition.
