Keeping ActiveThis week’s workshop at Penge Library on Tuesday 24th September is about physical activity and keeping active

Come along to find out more about how it’s not just all about going to the gym! It’s also a great way to meet other people and get outside into nature, so it’s amazing for our wellbeing. We will be having a chat about simple but effective ways you can build physical activity into your life

This session is part of a series of workshops for anyone with a health condition. Come and meet others and share your experiences over a cup of tea/ coffee and some refreshments.
